deliver AI-powered solutions.\nGuide the development and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent automation capabilities.\nDrive innovation in generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and customer experience technologies.\nEnsure scalability and responsible AI implementation practices.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.\n12+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.\nProven experience in a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leadership role.\nStrong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.\nDeep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms, and data-driven products.\nStrong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and DevOps.\nExperience managing engineering teams in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in customer experience (CX), survey, or analytics platforms.\nKnowledge of generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.\nExperience with microservices architecture and scalable cloud-native systems.\nUnderstanding of enterprise integrations and data security frameworks.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum
