Actuals maintains a flat, no-BS culture, valuing honesty, straightforwardness, and autonomy.\nWhat we are looking for:\nFinancial background or education - essential to deeply understand the product's logic, underlying accounting principles, and the complex financial domain.\nAbility to translate complex business and domain needs into structured technical requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).\nProactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills - you like turning ambiguity into structure.\nFast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, especially regarding basic finance and accounting terminology.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail (crucial when working with financial and transactional data) and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nAbility to create clear documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria and release notes\nBasic understanding of SaaS software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).\nFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and making complex products adoptable.\nExperience working with remote and distributed teams.\nFluent English and Polish (spoken and written min.
