This is a hands-on leadership role, you will architect and build complex, scalable Angular-based interfaces while guiding a team of frontend developers. You will work closely with backend engineers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality, performant, and AI-integrated user experiences.\n\nJob Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead frontend architecture decisions for Bay6.ai's enterprise AI products defining component structure, module design, and scalability patterns.\n\n- Build and maintain complex, multi-tier Angular applications aligned with product and business requirements.\n\n- Drive integration of AI/ML outputs and real-time data into intuitive, high-performance UI.\n\n- Collaborate with backend developers to design efficient API contracts and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.\n\n- Partner with the AI/ML team to translate model outputs, predictions, and insights into clear, usable interfaces.\n\n- Define and enforce frontend coding standards, review pull requests, and ensure maintainable, well-tested code.\n\n- Work with UI/UX designers to deliver consistent, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across platforms.\n\n- Conduct performance profiling and optimization to meet enterprise-grade standards.\n\n- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.\n\n- Contribute to sprint planning, technical estimations, and delivery execution in an Agile environment.\n\nMust Have Skills :\n\n- Angular (v16+ mandatory) deep, production-grade expertise\n\n- Experience building multi-tier enterprise product UIs -
