In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams\nYou will partner directly with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive the technical win in sales cycles. You will listen to client needs, architect payment solutions across Xendit's 7-market licensed infrastructure, and guide clients from initial technical discovery through to successful integration and launch. This is a presales advisory role focused on deal velocity and technical credibility\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience & Technical Background\n3+ years of experience in a client-facing or solutioning technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant, Implementation Engineer, etc).\nProficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to conduct technical pitches and support pre-sales cycles with enterprise clients and stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets (e.g., China, Taiwan)\nStrong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs. You can read code samples and explain technical concepts to engineers-even if you don't code daily.\nFamiliarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred.\nExperience working with regional/global enterprise clients is essential. \nCore Competencies\nTechnical Fluency: You bridge the gap between business and engineering. Technical Pre-Sales Solution Design\nPartner with the regional/global sales team to understand prospect needs and design tailored payment solutions leveraging Xendit's full product suite (acquiring, FX, payouts, stablecoin remittances).\nConduct technical discovery sessions with prospective clients (CTOs, Heads of Product, Lead Engineers) to map their infrastructure and identify integration requirements.\nArchitect solutions that address complex cross-border flows between regional/global and Southeast Asia, ensuring compliance and optimal commercial outcomes.\nDeliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n2. RFP / RFI Support & Technical Documentation\nLead the technical response for RFPs and RFIs from regional/global enterprise clients \nPrepare solution diagrams, integration guides, and technical proposal documents that clearly articulate Xendit's value proposition\nCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to address technical and regulatory questions during the sales cycle\n3. Proof of Concept (POC) & Integration Advisory\nScope and manage technical proof of concepts (POCs) for complex enterprise opportunities\nGuide clients through sandbox testing and integration planning, reducing time-to-go-live\nAct as the trusted technical advisor during the sales process, building confidence in Xendit's platform and capabilities\n4. Voice of the Customer to Product\nCapture and synthesize client feedback, technical requirements, and feature requests to share with Xendit's product and engineering teams\nStay ahead of competitor solutions and market trends regionally/globally - SEA payments corridor, providing insights to inform product roadmap decisions\nContribute to internal knowledge bases, playbooks, and enablement materials for the broader commercial team\n5.
