In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams\nYou will partner directly with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles. You will listen to client needs, architect payment solutions across Xendit's 7-market licensed infrastructure, and guide clients from initial technical discovery through to successful integration and launch. This is a technical role owning solution architecture, integration design and proofs of concept for enterprise clients\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience & Technical Background\n3+ years of experience in a client facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant)\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related technical field\nHands-on with APIs, webhooks and SDKs; able to read and debug code and build working prototypes and proofs of concept\nFamiliarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred\nExperience working with regional/global enterprise clients is essential\nCore Competencies\nTechnical Fluency: You bridge the gap between business and engineering. You can whiteboard a solution architecture, troubleshoot API calls, and translate technical capabilities into business value\nClient-Facing Presence: You are comfortable presenting to CTOs and lead engineers, handling objections with confidence, and building trust with technical stakeholders\nProblem-Solving Mindset: You don't just answer questions you uncover underlying needs and propose creative, compliant solutions across multiple jurisdictions\nAttributes We Value\nBuilder Mentality: You thrive in \"zero-to-one\" environments and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve ambiguous problems\nCuriosity: You constantly ask \"why\" and dig deep to understand client businesses, not just their technical requirements\nHumility & Collaboration: You know that the best solutions come from teamwork internally with sales, product, and engineering, and externally with clients\nResponsibilities\nTechnical Pre-Sales Solution Design\nPartner with the regional/global sales team to understand prospect needs and design tailored payment solutions leveraging Xendit's full product suite (acquiring, FX, payouts, stablecoin remittances)\nConduct technical discovery sessions with prospective clients (CTOs, Heads of Product, Lead Engineers) to map their infrastructure and identify integration requirements\nArchitect solutions that address complex cross-border flows between regional/global and Southeast Asia, ensuring compliance and optimal commercial outcomes\nDeliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences\nRFP / RFI Support & Technical Documentation\nLead the technical response for RFPs and RFIs from regional/global enterprise clients\nPrepare solution diagrams, integration guides, and technical proposal documents that clearly articulate Xendit's value proposition\nCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to address technical and regulatory questions during the sales cycle\nProof of Concept (POC) & Integration Advisory\nScope and manage technical proof of concepts (POCs) for complex enterprise opportunities\nGuide clients through sandbox testing and integration planning, reducing time-to-go-live\nAct as the trusted technical advisor during the sales process, building confidence in Xendit's platform and capabilities\nVoice of the Customer to Product\nCapture and synthesize client feedback, technical requirements, and feature requests to share with Xendit's product and engineering teams\nStay ahead of competitor solutions and market trends regionally/globally - SEA payments corridor, providing insights to inform product roadmap decisions\nContribute to internal knowledge bases, playbooks, and enablement materials for the broader commercial team\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nIdentify technical expansion requirements with Account Executives\nPartner with Customer Success and Integration teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term client satisfaction\nCollaborate with global Pre-Sales peers to share best practices and scalable solution patterns\nOthers:\nPeriodic domestic travel may be required based on project needs and key client milestones\nPerform other related duties as assigned to support business goals\nNote on Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities outlined above reflect the current expectations for this role and are non-exhaustive.
