You'll work with customers from the first conversation through to delivery. You'll understand their business, design the target architecture and keep the solution consistent all the way to production.\nYou'll take part in pre-studies, architecture and delivery, estimation and planning, development projects and pre-sales/sales.\nExamples of potential assignments:\nDeveloping digital workplaces - document management, project management, intranets, archives, contract management and Teams workspaces.\n\nWorking on hybrid solutions where SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server work together, so sensitive information can be stored securely on-premises while users still get the benefits of the cloud.\n\nSecure information management in sectors such as defence, energy and pharmaceuticals - where laws and information classification set the rules.\n\nPreparing organisations for Copilot and AI so they can adopt them securely and in line with their information protection rules.\nC O U L D Y O U B E A M A T C H ?\nWe believe our next M365 SA has:\n\n5+ years as an Architect working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, including hybrid environments.\n\nGood experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure.\n\nSkills in AI prototyping.\n\nExperience taking part in and leading pre-studies.\n\nExperience of estimating project work in quotes and in delivery.\n\nExperience of working as an architect in development projects, together with developers.\n\nSolid experience of Azure DevOps in development projects.\n\nExperience and confidence in doing on-site workshops.\n\nProven experience of designing business solutions together with the customer's organisation.\n\nExperience of presales, including solution proposals, quotes and customer meetings at decision-maker level.\n\nFluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.\nIt is a bonus if you have:\n\nPrevious experience as a M365 Developer.\n\nHave a degree in a related field.\n\nExperience from organisations with high security requirements, for example under the Swedish Protective Security Act (Säkerhetsskyddslagen) or classification models such as MSB's.\n\nExperience with document management and ECM, including platforms such as Documentum, OpenText or M-Files.\n\nMicrosoft Purview and information classification.\n\nExperience as a Scrum Master.\n\nWe also believe that you are a person who:\n - Acts on their own initiative, makes things happen and takes responsibility for their work.\n- Finds joy in learning about new technologies, and wants to keep up to date with trends in their field\n- Has a methodical and structured way of working.\n- Understands complex issues and is able to solve them - making sensible and rational judgements.\n- Collaborates effectively with others and builds good relationships with both customers and colleagues.\n- Above all else, displays kindness and compassion in everything they do\nW H Y C H O O S E X E N I T ?\nBenefits\nXenit boasts a large benefits package, read full list here.\n\nSuper interesting colleagues\nWith us you will find spinning instructors, parkour practitioners, gamers, art historians, rugby players, puzzle maniacs, film geeks and much more.\nWith us, you are free to be who you are.
