This strategic, fractional role combines enterprise Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead high-level technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee production deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.\nRather than a standard full-time commitment, this role provides high-leverage advisory engagements and project-based execution, with the potential to evolve into a full-time principal position as engagements scale. This is a hands-on technical lead role, not a Salesforce admin position.\nA. Agentforce Architecture & System Design\n Solution Architecture: Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent $rightarrow$ Agent $rightarrow$ Context $rightarrow$ Reasoning $rightarrow$ Actions $rightarrow$ Systems $rightarrow$ Outcome). \nCore Agent Engineering: Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions. \nDeterministic Logic Integration: Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth. \nB. Agentic AI & LLM Engineering\nOrchestration & Tooling: Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering. \nArchitectural Trade-offs: Evaluate and determine when to leverage LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations. \nC. Enterprise Data & System Integration\nGrounding & RAG: Ground agent reasoning in structured/unstructured enterprise data utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries. \n System Interoperability: Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines, incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards. \nD. Testing, Security & Strategic Advisory\nTesting & Quality Assurance: Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using the Agentforce Testing Center. \nSecurity & Guardrails: Design least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths. \nClient & Team Leadership: Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams.\nRequirements\nExperience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience. \nAgentforce Track Record: At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations. \nLocation: Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours.\n Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. \nAI Competency: Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks. \nPreferred Certifications & Qualifications\nSalesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications. \nHands-on experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP. \nExposure to major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS
