Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.\n\nOverview:\nXerox is seeking a US GAAP Accounting Specialist to support controllership and financial reporting activities across multiple countries. This individual contributor role manages key general ledger activities, supports an efficient month end close, and helps maintain accurate financial information in compliance with US GAAP. You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams while developing broader exposure to international accounting operations.\nWhy Join This Team:\nBuild experience supporting accounting and controllership activities across multiple countries.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams and international stakeholders.\nExpand your knowledge of accounting standards, financial transactions, and business operations.\nWork with SAP, Microsoft Office, and other tools used to support accounting and reporting activities.\nBenefits, compensation, and additional team specific offerings to be confirmed.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage general ledger activities and key controllership responsibilities in compliance with US GAAP.\nPerform month end close activities and support the established close cycle.\nPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and country level financial reviews.\nAnalyze and validate financial information to help ensure transactions and accounting treatments are recorded accurately and on time.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams and support internal controls and finance process improvements.\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related accounting field.\n3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, general ledger, audit, or financial reporting.\nWorking knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and techniques under US GAAP, with exposure to IFRS.\nHands on experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and month end close and balance sheet reconciliation activities.\nEffective analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and an interest in continued learning.
