This role leads a team of up to 10 analysts responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement. You will help modernize reporting by transitioning legacy processes toward technology enabled solutions while supporting accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.\nWhy Join This Team\nHelp operational, Record to Report, and transformation teams across multiple locations.\nGain exposure to reporting technologies, automation, and AI enabled tools.\nWhat You Will Do:Lead the delivery of accurate month end results, financial analysis, and reporting.\nPrepare and modernize monthly financial reporting using available reporting tools and technology.\nSupport compliance with internal controls and internal and external audit requirements, including SARBOX.\nLead reporting process improvements, knowledge transfer activities, and the transition toward standardized global processes.\nProvide guidance to a team of up to 10 analysts while supporting ad hoc analysis, Business Reviews, and resolution of reporting and system queries. \nWhat You Need to SucceedBachelor's degree or equivalent.\nFinancial accounting or FP&A knowledge and experience applying that knowledge across different areas of the business.\nUS GAAP knowledge and experience working in a multinational environment with responsibility for significant financial balances.\nExperience leading larger or virtual teams, with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of general ledger and reporting technologies, along with awareness of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.\nHow We Set You Up for transition to Cebu.\nA 2nd shift schedule with a base schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and an onsite work setup for the first six months followed by hybrid work.
