This role designs and executes testing strategies, validates AI systems across diverse scenarios, identifies risks and biases, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsible AI solutions.\nFunctional / Technical Competencies:\nSoftware Testing and Quality Assurance methodologies\nAI/ML model testing and validation\nTest case design and test automation\nPerformance, scalability, and latency testing\nPython, Java, or similar programming languages\nTesting tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and pytest\nMachine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)\nData pipeline testing and model evaluation metrics\nCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nCI/CD pipelines and automation practices\nAI ethics, bias detection, and explainability concepts\nAgile development methodologies\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for AI solutions.\nValidate AI models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and reliability.\nPerform performance and scalability testing on AI-powered applications.\nCreate real-world and synthetic test scenarios.\nIdentify defects, edge cases, biases, and risks within AI systems.\nCollaborate with data scientists, developers, QA teams, IT, and business stakeholders.\nMonitor AI systems in production and recommend improvements.\nEnsure compliance with responsible AI and quality standards.\nDocument testing outcomes and providing actionable insights.\nContribute to continuous improvement of testing tools and processes. \n\nKey Outputs / Tangible Results:\nAI test plans and test cases\nAutomated test scripts and testing datasets\nAI model validation and performance reports\nDefect and root cause analysis documentation\nQuality assurance metrics and testing reports\nMonitoring and improvement recommendations\nEnhanced testing frameworks and processes \nOrganizational Strategies & Objectives:\nDeliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing AI solutions.\nPromote responsible AI practices through comprehensive testing and validation.\nImprove quality assurance standards through automation and continuous improvement.\nEnable effective collaboration between technical and business teams. \nRelevant Credentials:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nISTQB certification is an advantage.\nAgile-related certifications or training are preferred but not required. \nMust Haves:\nMinimum 2-3 years of software testing or quality assurance experience.\nExperience designing and executing test plans and test cases.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. \nNice to Haves:\nAt least 1 year of AI testing experience.\nAt least 1 year of cloud engineering experience.\nExperience testing machine learning models and AI applications.\nExposure to MLOps, AI monitoring, and Responsible AI practices.\nISTQB certification or Agile certifications. \n Role Considerations:\nHybrid work setup.
