In this role, you will help ensure accurate financial reporting, effective general ledger management, and compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements. You will collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to support timely financial close activities, balance sheet reviews, audits, and statutory reporting.\nWhy Join This Team:\nContribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting within Lexmark, a Xerox Company.\n\nCollaborate with finance professionals and stakeholders across accounting, reporting, and compliance functions.\n\nGain exposure to US GAAP, IFRS, statutory reporting, and financial operations.\n\nExpand your technical accounting and analytical skills through involvement in financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, and audit processes.\n\nBe part of a collaborative team focused on financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage general ledger activities, including pre-close and month-end closing processes, trial balance reviews, debit and credit validations, and accounting controls in accordance with US GAAP.\n\nConduct balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses to identify significant variances, assess financial accuracy, and resolve outstanding items.\n\nPrepare financial reports and balance sheet review packages, including account details, supporting reconciliations, and explanations of financial movements.\n\nSupport statutory financial reporting, corporate income tax computations, audit activities, and required financial statement and tax filings in accordance with local regulations and deadlines.\n\nCollaborate with internal finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders to coordinate reporting requirements, address accounting matters, and support timely completion of financial deliverables.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related accounting discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, general ledger accounting, or financial reporting.\n\nWorking knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and reconciliation processes.\n\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and other accounting or financial reporting tools.\n\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial information, identify discrepancies, and recommend appropriate resolutions.\n\nEffective communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
