In this role, you will support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while ensuring a positive employee experience. You will collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers to manage payroll transactions, maintain data integrity, resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to hires, salary changes, promotions, transfers, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and other employee updates\nExecute pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, including reconciliations, off-cycle payments, retroactive adjustments, reporting, and payroll validations\nEnsure compliance with Indian statutory payroll regulations, tax requirements, company policies, internal controls, and audit standards\nInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries while maintaining accurate, confidential payroll records and master data\nPrepare payroll reports and operational metrics, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline\n2 to 7 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or shared services\nStrong knowledge of Indian payroll processes, statutory compliance, payroll validation, and reconciliation\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with experience using payroll or HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, ADP, or CloudPay preferred\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nHow We Set You Up for
