Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.\nOverview:\nJoin Xerox as a Channel Operations Specialist and support the successful delivery of worldwide channel programs, promotions, and partner initiatives.\nYou will work closely with Business Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams to manage partner programs, maintain accurate information in business systems, resolve operational issues, and provide a smooth partner experience across different countries and regions.\nBenefits We Offer:\nExposure to global sales and channel operations\nOpportunities to develop your CRM, program management, and analytical skills\nCollaboration with international and cross-functional teams\nStructured training, coaching, and continuous learning\nA supportive and inclusive work environment\nOpportunities to contribute ideas and improve business processes\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage partner enrollment in channel programs and promotions.\nVerify partner, product, and program eligibility.\nCreate and maintain program benefits, promotional quotes, agreements, and records.\nUpload and update Market Development Fund budgets in Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nReview leads, accounts, and partner information to ensure they are correctly assigned and enrolled.\nRespond to email and CRM inquiries, resolve cases, and route requests to the appropriate teams.\nSupport MPS Express opportunities by reviewing cases and creating price cards and contracts.\nCoordinate partner onboarding, system access, training, and progress updates.\nReview demo claims and submit partner claims through Vistex.\nMonitor claim payouts and communicate status updates to sales teams.\nMaintain accurate records and help improve the overall partner experience.\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; an Information Technology-related degree is preferred.\nAt least one year of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.\nExperience supporting or administering CRM systems is an advantage.\nBackground in sales operations, marketing operations, channel support, or a related function.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nGood attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work with global teams.\nTraining or onboarding experience is an advantage.\nWillingness to learn new systems, processes, and program requirements.\nHow We Set You Up for Success:\n\nHands-on training of Xerox solutions and all aspects of the sales support specialist role and responsibilities\nJob shadowing to thoroughly prepare you\nOngoing career development training\nWith Our Technology, Build Your Future at Xerox.
