Position Summary

The Employer Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for strengthening Xerox Global Capability Center’s employer brand and digital presence through strategic content, social media management, employee advocacy, digital marketing campaigns, and brand analytics. This role drives awareness, engagement, and advocacy across internal and external audiences, positioning Xerox Global Capability Centers (GCC) as an employer of choice while supporting talent attraction, employee pride, and organizational reputation.

The role serves as the lead for External Branding initiatives within the GCC Employer Brand Framework and collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Site Leadership, Corporate Communications, and Global Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Employee Advocacy

  • Lead the development and execution of employer branding strategies that increase Xerox GCC's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
  • Manage and grow the Xerox Ambassador Program to strengthen employee advocacy and authentic storytelling.
  • Develop campaigns that showcase workplace culture, employee experiences, career opportunities, innovation, and business impact.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment marketing initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Maintain alignment of employer branding initiatives with Xerox's employer value proposition and global brand standards.

Social Media Management

  • Own the GCC social media strategy, editorial calendar, and content planning.
  • Create, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms, including employee stories, event highlights, thought leadership, workplace culture content, and employer brand campaigns.
  • Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and platform trends.
  • Build and engage online communities while maintaining brand consistency and governance.
  • Support executive and employee advocacy programs through digital storytelling.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns supporting employer branding, recruitment, employee engagement, industry events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
  • Develop digital assets including graphics, videos, infographics, presentations, email campaigns, and multimedia content.
  • Manage digital promotion strategies for key GCC initiatives, programs, and events.
  • Recommend and implement innovative digital marketing approaches to increase audience reach and engagement.

Brand Activation & Partnerships

  • Support employer branding activations for university partnerships, career events, open houses, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Promote GCC participation in industry events, sponsorships, awards, and employer recognition programs.
  • Develop digital communication plans that amplify key organizational achievements and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility across target audiences.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track and report key performance indicators across social media, digital campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct brand health monitoring, competitive benchmarking, and audience analysis.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and brand perception.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure alignment with Xerox brand guidelines, communication standards, and digital best practices.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing, employer branding, content marketing, and social media trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Support special projects and strategic communications initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employer branding, digital marketing, social media management, communications, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and executing digital campaigns and content strategies.
  • Experience using social media management, analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience supporting talent branding or recruitment marketing initiatives is an advantage.
  • Experience in a multinational, shared services, IT-BPM, or GCC environment is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of employer branding and employee advocacy principles.
  • Excellent content creation, storytelling, copywriting, and messaging skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Basic graphic design and video content creation skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams.
