We are looking for a Financial Analyst / SMEto take full ownership of our Cost Planning and Reporting processes (COGS / OCOGS).\nIn this role, you will not only manage critical financial data but also act as a functional leader, guiding Cost Analysts and collaborating with international stakeholders, including our Corporate teams and Cebu SSC. Provide high-quality stakeholder management through value-add analysis and business-driven insights.\nP&L and B/S Ownership:Manage the daily operations of your respective P&L and Balance Sheet areas from an accounting, reporting, and controlling perspective.\nFinancial Planning & Analysis:Deliver deep-dive variance analysis reports. Partner with Finance and Operations teams to bridge and validate bottom-up results with top-down expectations.\nProcess Leadership:Functionally guide Cost Analysts and hold them accountable for key sub-processes.\nInnovate & Automate:Drive further harmonization, automation, and simplification of financial processes while ensuring consistency in cost accounting.\nCompliance & Controls:Support Cost Management in maintaining a safe accounting control environment, ensuring strict compliance with global policies and frameworks.\nGlobal Collaboration:Interact regularly with the Cebu Shared Service Center (SSC)and Corporate headquarters to ensure flawless closing activities.\nWhat We Are Looking For (Requirements)\nEducation:BA or MSc degree in Financeor Accounting.\nExperience:5+ years of experiencein accounting, financial planning, or analysis within an international environment.\nSystems & Tools:Excellent systems skills, specifically SAP and Business Intelligence (BI)tools.
