Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.\nMPS Financial Analyst\nPosition Title - MPS Financial Analyst Location - Cebu\nReporting to - MPS Finance Manager Team Manager - No\nDepartment - Finance\nPosition Function Summary\nThe role is responsible for leading the planning and budgeting activities of the MPS/CSS division and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to key Business Stakeholders. Serving as the primary financial interface between the Sales and Service teams, the position provides strategic financial guidance to support operational excellence and improve overall profitability. This role also drives the development of strategic plans and annual budgets and supports functional managers through comprehensive reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.\nPrimary Role Responsibilities:\nFinancial Reporting and Analysis\n- Prepare MPS (Managed Print Services) Profit and Loss (P&L) statements in collaboration with the Financial Controller, Finance Manager, and Service Manager.\n- Provide key business insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.\n- Prepare yearly Plan and required Outlook for MPS/CSS\n- Generate revenue reports as required\n- Complete all monthly reporting responsibilities for submission to APHQ.\nProcess Documentation and Improvement\n- Document current processes and improve existing documentation where necessary.\n- Identify and document changes for process improvements.\nRevenue and Profitability Analysis\n- Conduct volume/price/mix analysis specific to MPS Hardware (HW) revenue.\n- Prepare narratives explaining variances to Outlook/Guidance and Plan for all P&L lines.\n- Perform customer profitability analysis, providing explanations for unprofitable accounts and\nsuggesting improvements to increase profitability.\n- Provide monthly analysis of actuals versus outlook for responsible areas, highlighting any risks and opportunities.\nReporting and Business Support\n- Develop and update regular reports to assist information flow and enhance business understanding.\n- Assist Sales and Operations teams to drive profitable and efficient processes, helping to eliminate roadblocks from the proposal stage to deal implementation.\n- Liaise with the Shared Services Centre for month-end postings, ensuring entries are booked as required.\n- Provide assistance to Shared Services as needed.\nSkills\nExcellent communication skills\nPresentation skills\nHigh degree of analytical skill, including using spreadsheets and queries to gain access to data in the various internal systems.\nHighly developed data manipulation, interpretation, and relational skills.\nAbility to work independently while supporting management and dealing with adhoc reporting/requests\nPossesses advanced skill level on MS Excel with demonstrated ability of lookups, pivot tables and PowerPoint\nKnowledge of SAP ERP is desirable\nExperience\nAt least 5 years’ experience in an accounting/analyst role.\nFinancial modelling
