cross-functional initiatives to improve reporting capabilities and service delivery\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field\n2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles\nExperience with SQL querying, database management, and data analysis techniques\nProficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar platforms\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to data quality\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with
