In this role, you will coordinate employee onboarding activities, from pre-onboarding documentation through new-hire integration, ensuring a smooth and timely employee experience. You will also support employee data management, payroll coordination, HR service requests, documentation, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities while collaborating with Recruitment, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other People Operations teams.\nWhy Join This Team:\nPlay a key role in delivering a positive and consistent onboarding experience for new employees\nCollaborate with Recruitment, HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders across the organization\nGain experience across employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and shared services operations\nContribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction\nDevelop expertise in HR operations, employee data management, and service delivery\nWhat You Will Do:\nCoordinate end-to-end employee onboarding, including document collection, validation, new-hire records, checklists, and stakeholder follow-ups\nMaintain accurate employee information in HR systems and support employee lifecycle updates, including transfers, promotions, reporting changes, and exits\nGenerate employee letters, maintain confidential documentation, and coordinate payroll inputs and employee data discrepancies with Payroll teams\nManage HR service requests through ServiceNow or approved channels, ensuring timely resolution, accurate case documentation, and appropriate escalation\nPrepare HR reports, maintain operational trackers, support audits, and identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline\n2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, People Operations, or HR Shared Services\nPractical experience managing onboarding documentation, employee records, HR transactions, or new-hire coordination\nStrong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and task management skills with attention to detail and confidentiality\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office;
