Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.\nJob Summary\nThe HR Operations Lead Support Student Intern will assist the HR Operations team in delivering efficient and accurate HR administrative support. The intern will gain practical experience in HR processes, employee data management, onboarding activities, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives while working closely with HR professionals.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide administrative support to the HR Operations team.\nAssist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation and tracking.\nHelp monitor and organize HR documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.\nAssist in generating HR reports, trackers, and presentations.\nSupport data entry, validation, and audit activities related to HR processes.\nCoordinate with employees and internal stakeholders regarding HR operational requirements.\nAssist in tracking requests, inquiries, and HR service tickets.\nParticipate in process improvement projects and HR initiatives.\nEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.\nPerform other HR-related tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.\nQualifications\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\nMust be eligible to undergo internship/OJT as required by the school.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nPreferred Skills\nBasic knowledge of HR processes and employment lifecycle activities.\nExperience using spreadsheets, databases, or data management tools.\nStrong time management and multitasking abilities.\nFamiliarity with HRIS or recruitment systems is an
