We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support Xerox’s global Payroll operations by ensuring that payroll technologies are accurate, efficient, and integrated across our HR ecosystem. This role requires attention to detail, strong data skills, and hands-on system knowledge to enable timely, accurate payroll delivery worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and support payroll technology solutions, ensuring compliance and accuracy across global operations.
  • Partner with Payroll operations to translate requirements into system updates and enhancements.
  • Execute testing, configuration, and validation for payroll system changes.
  • Monitor system integrations between HR, payroll, and third-party providers (e.g., ADP).
  • Develop and deliver reporting to support compliance, audits, and workforce insights.
  • Support the evaluation and introduction of automation tools in payroll processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, HR, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with ADP or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and data integrity requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues in partnership with Payroll operations.
