Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.\nLocation: Lexington, Kentucky or Rochester, NY\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, Days, Hybrid\nCompensation: $101,000-$150,000, based on experience\nPosition Overview\nXerox is seeking a highly knowledgeable Logistics Supplier Relationship Manager with expertise in supply chain operations, transportation, warehousing, and contract negotiations. This individual contributor will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and identify opportunities to significantly reduce supply chain costs through category management, supplier negotiations, and supply chain transformation.\nThe ideal candidate has extensive transportation and logistics purchasing experience, strong commercial and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions and regions to deliver measurable business results.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead strategic sourcing activities across transportation and logistics categories, including truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), parcel, air freight, ocean freight, third-party logistics (3PL), and warehousing.\n\nSupport and initiate supply chain pooling opportunities that leverage the combined scale and capabilities of Xerox and Lexmark.\n\nNegotiate, develop, and manage contracts with external suppliers.\n\nDeliver measurable financial savings on intermediate, complex, and strategic transactions while securing terms and conditions that protect Xerox’s interests.\n\nDevelop strong partnerships with technology, business, procurement, and legal stakeholders.\n\nGather and define project requirements and translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies.\n\nNegotiate best-in-class pricing, service levels, and contractual terms with suppliers.\n\nResearch relevant markets, transactions, and suppliers and present sourcing recommendations to senior management.\n\nDefine project goals and objectives and track and report on project status, risks, savings, and outcomes.\n\nLead proposal development and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support sourcing decisions.\n\nPrepare thorough supporting documentation and present findings and recommendations to management.\n\nIdentify ongoing opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply base.\n\nMonitor transportation and logistics industry trends, market conditions, and pricing.\n\nFacilitate regular supplier business reviews covering performance, systemic issues, improvement initiatives, sourcing process changes, and relationship management.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally and globally with stakeholders at varying levels of management to achieve business objectives.\n\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.\n\nFive or more years of relevant transportation and logistics purchasing, sourcing, or business experience.\n\nStrong industry knowledge across transportation, logistics, warehousing, and third-party service providers.\n\nThorough understanding of standard contracting and negotiation practices.\n\nDemonstrated strength in problem-solving, project management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation.\n\nAbility to work effectively with professionals and managers across internal departments and external organizations.\n\nExcellent listening, written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.\n\nExperience working cross-functionally and globally to deliver business objectives.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.\n\nExperience with procurement and enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP Ariba or comparable platforms.\n\nKnowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and systems.\n\nExperience with procurement processing and reporting tools, including business intelligence spend analytics, productivity tracking, supplier payment terms, e-sourcing, and supplier risk assessment.\n\nDemonstrated success delivering cost savings through category management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain
