This hands-on engineering role combines laboratory analysis, technical problem-solving, and collaboration across R&D and manufacturing teams. You will help evaluate materials, product performance, and reliability while working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and global vendors. manufacturing environments \nWhat You Will Do: Analyze electronic and semiconductor materials to support product development and manufacturing activities\nConduct laboratory testing using optical microscopy, SEM, X-ray imaging, chip decapsulation, cross-sectioning, BGA analysis, and related techniques\nInterpret technical data and provide recommendations regarding materials, product performance, and reliability\nCollaborate with onsite engineering teams across multiple disciplines and partner with global vendors\nPerform laboratory activities in accordance with chemical hygiene and radiation safety requirements\nWhat You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's or master's degree in Materials Engineering\n3 to 10 years of relevant experience\nKnowledge of silicon processing techniques and microelectronics packaging\nStrong laboratory, analytical, technical problem-solving, and data interpretation skills\nExperience with ion polishing, particle manipulation, and dimensional or
