development, product launch activities, and analysis of competitive landscape focusing on printer hardware and software features, prices and channels.\nThe POM is responsible for the following major activities within the Offering Portfolio Strategy and Performance Team:\nPortfolio Management and Strategy\nProduct Operations\nProject Management\nContinuous Process Improvement\nThe Product Operations Manager is integral to the business decision-making process and to the determination of the development of future products.\nKEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:\nPortfolio Management and Strategy:\nIdentifies and recommends growth and opportunity areas for the assigned product segments\nProvides competitive insights for effective product positioning, strategy, and value proposition of Lexmark devices.\nMonitors and analyses Lexmark supplies portfolio pricing and cost per page (CPP) vs competitors to support Lexmark’s product positioning strategy\nManages country/geo readiness artifacts\nStrategy Development:\nDevelops and proposes business strategies and value propositions of Lexmark devices and software business\nManages CSTL (country shipped-to list) activity for new products\nProduct Operations:\nresearches and analyzes printing industry and competitive information which include product features, pricing and path to market strategy and activities\ndevelops and executes product launch plans and timelines as outlined in the Product Launch checklist document\ndevelops price/positioning models of Lexmark devices vis-à-vis our competitors to the Product Portfolio Managers\nmanages product model setup and updates in Enovia\nProject Management/Cross-functional coordination:\nAligns with product planners, pricing ops, R&D, marketing, and geo finance teams on various activities/projects\nLeads and manages specific competitive studies and product launch presentations/files for CFT meetings/product launch discussions\nLeads and manages ad hoc requests, on a case to case basis\nContinuous Process Improvement:\nDrives standardization and simplification of existing processes\nImproves research processes Marketing, or Business Development (experience in the printing or imaging industry is an advantage)\n Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\n Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)\n Skilled in data analysis, information organization, and insight generation from complex datasets\n Excellent command of business English, both written and verbal\n Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive web research and translate findings into actionable insights\n Flexibility to work across time zones or shifts as required by global
