Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing to drive Xerox’s brand and product life cycle.\nA successful candidate enables successful product delivery through organizational leadership and information management, starting from product conceptualization until release.\nGrowth opportunities:\n Technical knowledge of the development processes in the entire product development life cycle.\n Enable successful delivery to customers through efficient and effective information management.\n Visibility to global program development and participation in various decision-making discussions with different levels of leadership.\n Network with cross functional teams across the organization from product conception to launch/release.\n Expand leadership breadth and influence by working with stakeholders across the organization while aligning development teams with the business requirements.\n Roles and Responsibilities:\n Support product development programs from concept through launch and sustaining, ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedules, and milestones.\n Coordinate program execution by tracking progress, managing risks, and driving timely resolution of issues.\n Maintain accurate product information, requirements, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.\n Serve as a central point of coordination for product data, ensuring consistency across business, marketing, engineering, and operational functions.\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Services, Sales, and Marketing, to align deliverables and priorities.\n Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance reviews, and decision-making processes.\n Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product planning, information management, and product lifecycle management processes.\n Key Skills and Qualifications:\n Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management field.\n At least 3-5 years' experience directly related to project management.\n Practical experience and knowledge in managing the product development lifecycle.\n Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to track progress, drive actions, and communicate requirement as well as progress reports.\n Collaboration skills, along with the ability to negotiate required timelines among competing priorities.\n Strong leadership skills and ability to work with and across various groups and levels of management within the organization.\n Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence others towards a common goal.\n Able to analyze complex ideas or requirements and distill them into functional and sustainable processes.\n A demonstrated ability to learn and use various project management tools is
