Overview:
Join Xerox as an Onsite Service Technician (Production) and bring your advanced electromechanical expertise to our growing Technical Services organization. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair large-scale production equipment while helping customers maximize equipment availability and performance. You will serve as a key technical resource for customers and colleagues while delivering service in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What You Will Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair large-scale production equipment using advanced electromechanical expertise
- Perform maintenance activities including technical diagnostics, software loads, installations, removals, retrofits, and remote resolution
- Manage service calls and resolve equipment issues in accordance with customer SLAs
- Serve as a primary customer contact for equipment maintenance, production support, and supply inventory requirements
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members regarding procedures, equipment repairs, and service best practices
What You Need to Succeed:
- Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting experience, including the ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on complex electromechanical equipment
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday
- This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
