We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Global Business Services team in Cebu, Philippines. In this role, you will coordinate deployment projects, collaborate with global stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of equipment and services. installation schedules, equipment deliveries, order tracking, and deployment documentation to support accurate billing and service delivery. \nCollaborate with customers, project managers, supply chain teams, and global stakeholders, including facilitating meetings and communicating project updates. \nIdentify project risks, resolve scheduling and delivery issues, and escalate concerns to maintain project progress. \nSupport change management, process documentation, continuous improvement, and opportunities to streamline workflows through automation.\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nAt least 3 years of collective professional experience, preferably in project management, supply chain, logistics, order management, or related roles involving transferable project coordination skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, automation, and AI applications. \nStrong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and identify potential risks. \nUnderstanding project management principles, supply chain operations, change management, and processing documentation.\nHow We
