This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts across North America and EMEA to coordinate proposal activities, manage timelines, develop strategic content, and ensure customer requirements are met.\nFunctional / Technical Competencies:\nProposal and bid management \nProject management and coordination \nBusiness and technical writing \nCopy editing and proofreading \nStakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration \nMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat proficiency\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview RFPs and proposal requests to identify customer requirements and timelines.\nDevelop proposal project plans and coordinate response activities.\nManage proposal content, document versions, and review cycles.\nFacilitate proposal reviews and compliance approvals.\nEdit, proofread, format, and submit proposal responses.\nKey Outputs / Tangible Results:\nTimely and compliant proposal submissions.\nAccurate and professionally formatted customer-facing documents.\nEffective coordination among proposal stakeholders.\nOrganizational Strategies & Objectives:\nSupport revenue growth through successful proposal development.\nDeliver customer-focused proposal responses.\nStrengthening collaboration across global teams supporting North America and EMEA.\nRelevant Credentials:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.\nRelevant experience in proposal development, project coordination, bid management, content creation, or similar functions.\nMust Haves:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nWillingness to work night shift supporting North American business hours.\nNice to Haves:\nProposal or bid management experience.\nPublishing, journalism, copy editing, or content development background.\nExperience of working with enterprise or large-account sales organizations.\nRole Considerations:\nLocation: Cebu City\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift\nCandidates should be
