Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.\n\nOverview:\nThe Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting post-sales and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations by ensuring seamless order processing, billing support, accounts receivable coordination, and customer issue resolution. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Accounting, Vendors, Operations, and customers to facilitate revenue flow, resolve order and payment-related concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Canadian customers while maintaining operational efficiency across the sales and finance lifecycle.\n\nWhy Join This Team:\n Be part of a high-performing team supporting critical post-sales and revenue-generating activities.\n Gain exposure to end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, collections, invoicing, and customer support.\n Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Vendor partners.\n Develop expertise in ERP systems, order management, and revenue operations.\n Contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cash flow performance.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n Support post-sales activities including order management, billing support, and customer issue resolution.\n Monitor and follow up on open orders, providing updates regarding order status, backorders, and shipment information.\n Manage order modifications, corrections, cancellations, credits, rebills, and manual invoice requests.\n Coordinate with Accounting to ensure complete and accurate billing documentation is submitted on time.\n Research and resolve billing, invoicing, and payment-related issues.\n Manage accounts receivable activities and assist in collections efforts for assigned customer accounts.\n Investigate payment delays and work with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.\n Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and support related reconciliation activities.\n Manage shared mailboxes and respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries.\n Upload and maintain tracking information, serial numbers, and supporting order documentation.\n Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Vendors, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and order fulfillment.\n Maintain accurate records, documentation, and transaction details within company systems.\n Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\n 2-3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Sales Support, or Customer Service.\n Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including invoicing, billing, credits, rebills, collections, and payment resolution.\n Experience using ERP systems and business applications.\n Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\n Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.\n Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.\n Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\n Ability to research and resolve complex billing and payment issues.\n Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n Familiarity with supporting Canadian customers is an advantage.\n Willingness to work a graveyard shift and comply with onsite training requirements.\n\nHow We Set You Up for Success:\n Comprehensive onboarding and training on Order-to-Cash processes, systems, and customer support procedures.\n Exposure to post-sales operations, accounts receivable, billing, and revenue support functions.\n Opportunities to develop expertise in ERP platforms, customer operations, and finance processes.\n Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams across the organization.\n Continuous learning and career development opportunities within Sales Operations, Customer Support, and Finance Operations.\n\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid (onsite during first six months or until regularization)\nShift: 9:00 PM -
