Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with global business users and other IT teams. The candidate is expected to understand key business objectives and IT delivery capabilities to provide suitable solutions in ServiceNow platform.\nSkill Set Requirement:\nThe ideal candidate should have\nBE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA degree with over 7-8 year’s experience in ServiceNow.\nAbility to work independently with/without little supervision - based on requirement\nGood communication skills will be necessary to work with Global counterparts\nAbility to learn quickly is important as we use very broad spectrum of technologies\nParticipate in SCRUM, Sprint, and ad-hoc calls, providing informed inputs across all modules.\nProactively assist with team-wide issues, even if not directly owned.\nHandle ServiceNow Vendor Calls for any high-priority issues.\nManage the ServiceNow Vendor Portal for activities like upgrade scheduling, patching, and coordination.\nInvestigate and determine the root cause of major incidents handled by the team.\nWillingness to work outside normal business hours on unplanned high priority issues/incidents and planned production deployments (such as upgrades)\nShould have a strong working knowledge & fundamental understanding of technical and industry best practices in the areas of:\nIT Service Management (Incident/Change/Problem/Catalog Items).\nInstance Upgrade testing and bug fixing.\nData Import & Transform Maps.\nScripting Knowledge -Java, Jelly, Angular JS.\nBasic knowledge on Configuration Management (CMDB).\nWorkflow Development.\nBusiness rules, Client scripts, UI actions and UI Policies, Macros.\nInstance Security configuration best practices\nModule Knowledge\nAPI Calls.\nServiceNow Orchestration/Automation with Azure, PowerShell.\nInbound / Outbound Notifications.\nPlatform Analytics Experience, Database views and Dashboard.\nBasic of Discovery Jobs, Certification Inventory.\nIT Business management.
