Overview:

Xerox is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join our Cloud Operations Team. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the cloud infrastructure that powers Xerox digital services. You will collaborate with global teams to support cloud operations, automation initiatives, monitoring capabilities, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance service availability and customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor cloud services and infrastructure to identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement
• Support cloud deployments, automation initiatives, and operational processes that improve service reliability
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation solutions using technologies such as Python and Shell scripting
• Partner with Development Operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and delivery processes
• Participate in incident response activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
• Support disaster recovery readiness, operational documentation, and service resiliency initiatives
• Assist with capacity planning, resource optimization, and cloud service scalability
• Help ensure cloud environments meet security, audit, and operational standards

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience supporting cloud computing platforms, cloud infrastructure, or cloud-based services
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting for automation and operational support
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and related containerization platforms
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring, deployment management, incident management, and operational support practices
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment
• Willingness to participate in on-call support activities as business needs evolve
