In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the cloud infrastructure that powers Xerox digital services. You will collaborate with global teams to support cloud operations, automation initiatives, monitoring capabilities, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance service availability and customer infrastructure to identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement\nSupport cloud deployments, automation initiatives, and operational processes that improve service reliability\nDevelop and maintain scripts and automation solutions using technologies such as Python and Shell scripting\nPartner with Development Operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and delivery processes\nParticipate in incident response activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts\nSupport disaster recovery readiness, operational documentation, and service resiliency initiatives\nAssist with capacity planning, resource optimization, and cloud service scalability\nHelp ensure cloud environments meet security, audit, and operational standards\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field\n5+ years of experience supporting cloud computing platforms, cloud infrastructure, or cloud-based services\nExperience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices\nExperience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting for automation and operational support\nExperience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and related containerization platforms\nKnowledge of cloud monitoring, deployment management, incident management, and operational support practices\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment\nWillingness to participate in on-call support activities as business needs
