This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in software testing while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise applications, Agile development, automation, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI.\nWhat Will You Do?\nAs part of the Software Quality Engineering team, you will:\nAnalyze business needs and software requirements, and identify gaps, risks, and testability concerns early.\n\nOwn test planning and test strategy for features and releases, including scope, approach, and risk-based prioritization.\n\nDesign comprehensive test scenarios and test cases that cover end-to-end business workflows, integrations, and edge cases.\n\nExecute functional, integration, regression, and system testing, analyze results, and report defects with clear root-cause insights.\n\nBuild, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for UI and API layers.\n\nPerform API testing and back-end data validation.\n\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and track quality metrics.\n\nInterpret workflows, architecture diagrams, business processes, and system interactions to design effective tests.\n\nCollaborate closely with developers, architects, business analysts, product owners, and fellow quality engineers.\n\nParticipate actively in Scaled Agile activities, including PI Planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in test coverage, efficiency, and overall product quality.\n\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate:\n3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality engineering.\n\nStrong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.\n\nThe ability to translate complex requirements into meaningful test conditions and coverage.\n\nSolid experience with SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nProven experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.\n\nHands-on experience with test automation using tools such as Playwright, or similar.\n\nProgramming or scripting proficiency in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript).\n\nExperience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.\n\nFamiliarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to raise risks and quality concerns.\n\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.\n\nCuriosity, adaptability, and a drive to keep learning.\n\nSkills That Will Give Candidates an Advantage\nExperience in any of the following areas will be valuable:\nDesigning or maintaining test automation frameworks.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps pipelines\n\nCloud platforms (AWS, Azure)\n\nInternet of Things\n\nUsing AI tools in
