Learn more at www.xerox.com and explore our commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.\nKey Responsibilities\n1.Tier 1 Supplier Relationship Ownership\nAct as governance owner for the assigned Tier 1 supplier relationship in China, ensuring consistent cadence, documented commitments, and clear accountability.\nTranslate Xerox business priorities into supplier governance requirements, meeting agendas, action plans, executive review content, and measurable deliverables.\nBuild productive relationships with supplier executives, commercial teams, operations, quality, engineering, and program management.\n2.Supplier Governance and Performance ManagementManage supplier governance, including operating reviews, business reviews, scorecards, escalation forums, decision logs, and action trackers.\nMaintain scorecards covering commitments, trends, root causes, corrective actions, owners, timing, and closure status across key performance areas.\nDrive governance discipline by ensuring corrective actions are fact-based, assigned to accountable owners, tracked to due dates, reviewed in the appropriate forum, and escalated when commitments are missed.\n3.Commercial Negotiation and Cost Management\nLead commercial negotiations related to pricing, cost reduction, cost avoidance, payment terms, claims, capacity, engineering changes, and business escalations.\nUse cost breakdowns, benchmarking, market data, supplier financial inputs, and should-cost analysis to support negotiations.\nPartner with finance and business stakeholders to quantify savings, cost risk, and business case impacts.\n4.RFQ and Sourcing Execution\nLead cross-functional RFQ activity, including requirements collection, supplier communication, quotation analysis, negotiation, and award recommendation.\nAnalyze RFQ results using total cost, capability, quality, delivery, compliance, risk, and strategic fit criteria.\nInfluence stakeholders to align on sourcing direction, supplier selection, and implementation plans.\n5.Risk, Compliance and Contract Governance\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate supplier risks, including capacity, quality, delivery, geopolitical, regulatory, export control, sanctions, financial, cybersecurity, sustainability, and business continuity risks.\nEnsure supplier activity follows company policy, sourcing governance, contract terms, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nManage contract governance for pricing frameworks, amendments, claims, obligations, approvals, issue logs, and escalation paths.\n6.Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management\nPartner with engineering, operations, quality, planning, logistics, finance, legal, compliance, product, and regional sourcing teams.\nCommunicate clearly across cultures, time zones, and organizational levels to drive alignment and timely decisions.\nMaintain strong execution discipline with clear ownership, due dates, follow-up, and measurable outcomes.\n7.Data, Digital Tools and Continuous Improvement\nUse data analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled tools, supplier scorecards, and market intelligence to improve cost modeling, supplier performance tracking, risk identification, and decision quality.\n8.NPI, Transitions and Business Transformation Support\nSupport new product introduction, supplier transitions, localization opportunities, alternate sourcing, portfolio changes, and cost management initiatives through strong program coordination.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in global sourcing, supplier relationship management, procurement, commodity management, contract manufacturing, or manufacturing supply chain.\nDirect experience working with Tier 1 suppliers, preferably in China or Asia-based manufacturing environments.\nStrong commercial negotiation skills, including pricing, cost reduction, claims, contract support, and executive-level supplier discussions.\nExperience managing supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, business reviews, corrective actions, and governance routines.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers, BOM cost elements, RFQ processes, supplier cost breakdowns, and total cost decision-making.\nProven ability to operate in a global matrix organization and influence stakeholders across cultures, functions, and regions.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills are required for collaboration with international teams;
