Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.\nJob Function:\nThe role is responsible for the technical delivery, data architecture, and operational support of Channel Data Management (CDM) solutions within a complex enterprise environment, with a strong focus on database design, SQL development, and ETL processes.\nThis position defines and delivers high-value CDM enhancements while ensuring data integrity, system performance, and scalability. The role requires deep expertise in relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization, as well as hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple systems.\nThis position partners closely with IT, Sales Operations, and Data Engineering teams to manage end-to-end data solutions-from requirements gathering and backlog prioritization to data pipeline development, production support, and analytics enablement. The role ensures high-quality, reliable data flows across platforms while translating complex technical and data concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nThe CDM System Analyst should be highly motivated and passionate about data systems, database technologies, and scalable application architecture. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in SQL scripting, data transformation logic, performance tuning, and troubleshooting data issues across distributed systems. This role requires full ownership of data processes and pipelines, with a commitment to continuously enhancing the CDM ecosystem, improving data quality, and strengthening application and data infrastructure resiliency.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n1. System Operations, Monitoring & Incident Management\n Provide technical expertise to manage and support complex IT architectures supporting CDM solutions.\n Perform daily CDM system monitoring, including data validation, batch/job execution, and overall system health.\n Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and system issues identified through monitoring activities.\n Manage incidents and changes in alignment with the ITIL framework, including escalation to IT teams and tracking through resolution.\n Maintain, test, and continuously improve business and system operations to ensure stability and performance of 24x7 applications.\n 2. Processes, Technical Solutions, Data & Analytics Enablement\n Support CDM Operations, Geo Sales Operations, and Data-to-Value teams with issue resolution, data loads, mass data updates, and technical guidance.\n Develop SQL-based solutions to support reporting and analytics needs, including Power BI datasets and reports.\n Build and maintain Business Objects Universes and reports.\n Design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform tools.\n Maintain a holistic view of CDM processes and users to assess functional impacts across configuration, workflows, integrations, and reporting.\n Apply deep understanding of CDM business processes and related enterprise systems, including ERP, PLM, CRM, and the Microsoft ecosystem.\n 4.
