Overview:

The Technical Services Ops Support (TSOS) Specialistis responsible for providing operational and back-office support through phone, email, and chat channels. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day service operations, coordinating with stakeholders, managing operational activities, and ensuring service delivery objectives are met. The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency while delivering a high-quality support experience to both internal and external customers.

What You Will Do:

• Provide back-office support through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Coordinate and support operational activities to ensure service delivery goals are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and support teams.
• Monitor work activities and provide administrative and operational support as required.
• Resolve customer and operational inquiries while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to manage and analyze operational data.
• Support process improvements and contribute to overall team productivity.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Vendor and supplier management experience.
• Leadership or team coordination experience.
• Experience supporting operations, customer service, or service delivery functions.
