This role will support Digital Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing Leads in creating, maintaining, and optimizing engaging digital experiences across Xerox’s corporate websites.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and web content production, with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, development teams, and external agencies to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality digital content.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with stakeholders, Digital Marketing Managers, development teams, and external agencies to define and document requirements for new and updated web content.\nCreate, update, and publish global web pages according to approved specifications, digital marketing processes, and best practices.\nBuild and maintain web content in multiple languages using content management systems.\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, task estimates, deliverables, and production timelines.\nTrack project progress and communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, and next steps.\nCoordinate technical implementation requirements with development teams.\nConduct quality assurance reviews to ensure digital content and experiences are accurate, consistent, functional, and delivered on time.\nComplete final project reviews and hand over deliverables to Digital Marketing Managers for stakeholder approval.\nApply SEO best practices and use appropriate tools to support content optimization.\nPrepare ad hoc website performance and analytics reports.\nDevelop an understanding of Xerox products, services, messaging, and customer benefits to recommend effective digital experiences.\nSupport content publishing activities and help train new team members on content management processes.\nContribute to brand campaigns, content strategy initiatives, website optimization efforts, and other special projects.\nStay informed about emerging practices, technologies, and trends in digital content production.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accountability and close attention to detail.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2 to 4 years of experience using web content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, WordPress, or similar platforms.\nExperience building, publishing, and maintaining web pages in multiple languages.\nExperience supporting digital content integrations involving social media, demand generation, or advertising.\nExperience coordinating technical implementations with development teams.\nStrong project management, planning, and organizational skills.\nExperience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics platforms.\nWorking knowledge of SEO principles and implementation practices.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate conceptual and technical information effectively to team members and internal stakeholders.\nAbility to manage changing requirements, priorities, and timelines.\nAbility to organize and manage multiple projects within established schedules.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush.\nWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS.\nKnowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.\nExperience working in a technical business environment with engineers.\nExperience working for a publicly traded
