:\nWithin the Yield Enhancement Department at X-FAB France, the Integration team is looking for a new Process Integration Engineer (m/f/x).\nAs a Process Integration Engineer (m/f/x), you will design and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet product performance, quality, yield, and reliability requirements.\nYour responsabilities :\nContribute to the technical qualification of a mask stack manufacturing process as part of a technology or technology option transfer or development project.\nMonitor and improve manufacturing process sequences for a product, technology, or technology option.\nEnsure product functionality, manufacturability, competitiveness, on-time delivery, yield, and quality.\nEstablish and maintain the associated documentation, including critical parameter definitions, Process Flows, Control Plans, FMEAs, and related documents.\nProactively contribute to yield, performance, and manufacturability improvement initiatives.\nValidate process and/or equipment changes, as well as qualification plans, upon request from Process Engineers.\nSupport the Quality Department in managing process excursions and customer returns by providing technical support, participating in 8D investigations and MRB activities, ensuring communication, and coordinating action plans through implementation of corrective actions.\nPromote process standardization across the various technologies under your responsibility.\nContribute to the execution of activities within your technological scope as part of technology and product development projects.\nYour profile :\nMaster's degree in Engineering (or equivalent qualification) with experience in process engineering or process integration, ideally within the semiconductor industry.\nFluent English (minimum B2 level).\nAutonomous, rigorous, and curious, with a proactive mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on physical and electrical parameters while considering business impact.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nKnowledge of JMP, R, or Python
