Our culture is collaborative, driven, and focused on doing meaningful work that creates real value.\nQualities We Want in You\nTeam player\nexcellent written and verbal communicator\ntech savvy\nstrategic thinker\nservice-oriented\nmotivated\nself-disciplined\nprofessional\nadaptable in a fast-paced environment\nworks independently with minimal supervision\nstrong work ethic\ndetail-oriented\norganized\ndependable\napproachable\nsupportive\ncommitted to continuous improvement\ntrusted advisor\nstrong desire to develop and support employees\nResponsibilities:\nHuman Resources Operations\nServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters\nSupport employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employees\nAssist with talent acquisition, interviews, and on-site onboarding of new team members\nAssist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs\nCoordinate benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and employee communications\nSupport immigration compliance and work authorization processes\nAdminister HR programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws\nSupport the employee-facing SharePoint site and HR communications\nAssist with handbook updates, policy development, and process improvements\nGenerate HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics as needed\nMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems\nOffice Administration & Employee Support\nAssist with office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination\nCoordinate employee meetings, events, recognition programs, and company activities\nAssist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat We Require:\nEducation\nAssociate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nExperience\n3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience\nExperience with benefit administration\nExperience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance\nExperience in a technology or professional services environment preferred\nSkills\nStrong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and applicable employment laws\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)\nExperience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems;
