You’ll work closely with Engineering, QA, Support, BI, Legal, and Finance.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAdminister and automate our tools:\nManage Jira and Confluence: spaces, workflows, permission and notification schemes, custom fields, and Jira Automation.\nAdminister Zendesk for Support: triggers, routing rules, macros, and integrations with internal backend services and APIs.\nManage repositories and CI/CD (GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.): access keys, permissions, forks, and integrations with task trackers.\nIntegrate and configure other corporate software.\nOwn access and security:\nRun automated onboarding and offboarding, and audit inactive accounts.\nApply least-privilege principles when assigning roles.\nGenerate, track, and rotate tokens, API keys, and service accounts.\nAdminister infrastructure security tools and contribute to the IT Security Policy, Incident Management Plan, and IT Risk Plan.\nExplain security rules to employees in plain language and run initial onboarding on corporate services.\nGovern AI tools:\nSupport the rollout of AI assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, MCP, and plugins) across company workflows.\nMonitor token usage and quotas, and define rules that prevent leaks of data and proprietary code.\nManage vendors, platforms, and costs:\nManage developer accounts in App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and Amazon App Store, including verifications and policy violations.\nHandle SaaS payments: compliance checks, invoices, and subscriptions.\nMaintain the approved software registry and allocate costs to projects with Accounting.\nNegotiate with vendors on pricing and license plans, carefully reviewing contracts, offers, and license agreements.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n2-3+ years as an IT Operations Specialist, Corporate Systems Administrator, SysOps, or similar.\nHands-on experience with centralized SaaS administration, IAM, and workflow automation.\nDeep knowledge of Jira and Confluence; experience with Zendesk and its API integrations.\nConfident repository and CI/CD administration (GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar).\nExperience building onboarding/offboarding processes and managing secrets securely.\nExperience administering infrastructure security tools and basic knowledge of InfoSec standards.\nUnderstanding of AI assistants and MCP in development workflows.\nExperience with app store developer accounts and with financial and tax procedures for SaaS payments.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure.\nSystems thinking and attention to detail, especially with legal documents.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nEnglish: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with SSO / identity providers (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD).\nScripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.\nExperience with MDM or device management.\nExperience with FinOps or SaaS spend-management tools.\nWhat We
