team.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate motion graphics, animations, and video ads for paid social and ad networks following creative concepts and guidelines.\nCollaborate with Creative Producers to develop and refine visual concepts.\nAdapt and export creative assets according to technical requirements of different ad networks and established production workflows.\nRequirements:\n1+ years of experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field (Personal, freelance, or educational projects are welcome).\nGood knowledge of Adobe After Effects.\nBasic knowledge of Adobe Photoshopand Illustrator.\nUnderstanding of basic animation and design principles, including timing, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.\nAbility to work with existing designs and turn static assets into engaging animations.\nAttention to detail and ability to work with feedback.\nA portfolio or showreel demonstrating your motion design skills.\nOptional / Nice-to-Have Skills:\nExperience with Ai
