specific workflow orchestration technologies is a strong advantage, we value system design expertise, distributed systems fundamentals, and rapid learning abilityabove all.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end system design and architecturefor workflow and automation platforms across client engagements.\n\nDesign and implement distributed, event-driven systemswith high scalability, availability, and fault tolerance.\n\nDefine architecture blueprints, reference implementations, and best practicesfor workflow orchestration and stateful service design.\n\nCollaborate with client engineering teams to evaluate, onboard, and scale workflow solutions.\n\nGuide decisions around data consistency, reliability patterns (sagas, retries, compensation), and observability.\n\nConduct architecture reviewsand provide technical governance across multiple concurrent projects.\n\nPartner with internal solution teams to establish accelerators, templates, and frameworksfor rapid client adoption.\n\nMentor engineers and provide architectural leadership within the organization.\n\nQualifications\n5+ yearsof experience in software architecture, backend design, or distributed systems.\n\nProven experience designing microservice-based or event-driven architectures.\n\nDeep understanding of scalability, reliability, consistency models, and system resiliency.\n\nProficiency in one or more languages such as Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript.\n\nStrong understanding of messaging, streaming, and asynchronous communication(e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).\n\nExperience with cloud-native infrastructure(Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Observability).\n\nSolid background in API design, workflow modeling, or automation systems.\n\nNice to Have (Highly Advantageous)\nExperience with workflow orchestration platformsor stateful orchestration frameworks(e.g., Temporal, Cadence, Airflow, Step Functions).\n\nUnderstanding of orchestration vs. choreography, activity/task design, and failure handling patterns.\n\nExperience running or optimizing workflow or event-processing clustersin production environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes operators, service meshes, and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus,
