Dafür verbinden wir die Verantwortung eines Operations-Partners mit der Skalierbarkeit von Software: AI unterstützt und automatisiert, unser Team entscheidet, koordiniert und übernimmt Verantwortung für das Ergebnis.\nAls Guest Operations Associate bist du deshalb weit mehr als Kundenservice. Du steuerst reale Gästefälle, arbeitest mit Kunden und lokalen Teams und entwickelst aus operativer Erfahrung skalierbare Prozesse. Gemeinsam bauen wir eine neue Kategorie im europäischen Hospitality-Markt, und du prägst sie von Anfang an mit.\nAufgaben\nGuest Operations: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste - von Buchungsanfragen bis Check-out. Unsere AI unterstützt dich, aber die Entscheidungen triffst du.\nStakeholder & Task Management: Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Remote-Team, Kunden und externen Dienstleistern. Du koordinierst, priorisierst und sorgst dafür, dass nichts durchrutscht.\n Prozessarchitektur: Du erkennst Muster über einzelne Fälle hinaus und identifizierst Automatisierungspotentiale. Jeder Prozess, den wir optimieren, skaliert über tausende Units.\nQualifikation\nDeutsch als Muttersprache sprichst und Englisch mindestens auf C1-Niveau\nein abgeschlossenes Studium hast (zum Beispiel in BWL, Kommunikations- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang)\nschnell Zusammenhänge erkennst, eigenständig Entscheidungen triffst und in Prozessen statt Einzelfällen denkst\nkommunikationsstark bist und dir der direkte Kontakt mit Gästen, Kunden und Dienstleistern liegt\nstrukturiert arbeitest und auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick behältst\nPluspunkt: Erfahrung in Hospitality (e.g. Limehome, Numa, Stayery, Bob W.)\nBenefits\nPosition mit hohem Impact, echter Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum\nEnge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam und zentralen Entscheidungsträgern\nMotiviertes, ehrgeiziges Team mit flachen Hierarchien und klarer Vision\nWenn du in einem schnell wachsenden Early-Stage Start-up eine neue Kategorie im europäischen Hospitality-Markt mitprägen willst, freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!","description_format":"text","description_chars":2229,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"German","level":"All levels","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Industrial Robotics","Facilities Management"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T15:09:07Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":27,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.362,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":54,"expected_fill_days":59,"reasons":["conf:6","win:late"],"computed_at":"2026-10-19T05:45:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/xheron-guest-operations-associate-wmd-2","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/xheron-guest-operations-associate-wmd-2.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-19T07:38:16Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4980,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-20T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":689342},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=689342"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fxheron-guest-operations-associate-wmd-2"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fxheron-guest-operations-associate-wmd-2"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fxheron-guest-operations-associate-wmd-2"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/xheron-guest-operations-associate-wmd-2\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fxheron-guest-operations-associate-wmd-2"}]}
