推动规范在各业务场景的落地执行与常态化运营，定期复盘风险态势并持续优化治理方案; 与业务部门、合规部门等跨部门协同推进安全治理落地，平衡安全管控与业务效率，对最终交付结果负责。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全等相关专业优先; 具有 7 年以上软件研发、安全工程或复杂平台建设经验，具备平台架构师或技术负责人经历，主导过至少一个复杂系统从零到一建设及上线验收。\n2. 具备较强的安全工程背景，理解攻击、检测、规则、策略处置和防护回归; 精通大模型、AI Agent、三方 AI 服务的技术原理及核心安全风险，熟悉工具调用、权限控制、沙箱及运行轨迹等技术。\n3. 熟悉 AI 生态技术栈，对大模型、Agent 模块、Skill、MCP、CLI、A2A 协议等有深入理解，掌握其技术原理与典型安全风险，具备针对性安全解决方案的设计与落地能力。\n4. 具备数据安全、应用安全、AI 安全任一领域的深度落地经验，熟悉企业安全治理体系及 DLP、零信任、权限管控、安全审计等主流安全技术体系。\n5. 具备深入工程一线解决问题的能力，能够通过代码、接口、日志、Runtime Trace 和测试结果完成架构判断、问题定位与技术攻坚。\n6. 具备技术领导力和复杂项目推动能力，能够统一不同模块的技术目标，以量化指标、结果证据和协作方验收推动团队完成交付;
