Requirements\n1. 具备智能座舱相关测试管理经验，且有过扎实的测试执行基础，对功能逻辑和业务原理有较深入的认知，测试技术/知识储备需覆盖多个智能座舱主业务，如车控、仪表、音频、地图、BT、WIFI、语音等\n2. 熟悉座舱测试调试用到的各类软硬件工具、仪表、实验室、设备等\n3. 有较强的全局意识，组织过大规模系统集成测试与交付\n4. 熟悉整车生产制造流程，有产线对接经验，熟悉零部件软硬件交付流程\n4. 有较丰富的功能开发过程管理经验，能够有效把控整体测试进度\n5. 有较强的责任心、质量意识，熟悉质量体系、质量模型等\n6. 具备良好的沟通能力，跨部门沟通、协调能力，人力以及资源的管理、合理分配能力\n7. 具备较强的风险意识，能够提前识别后续工作中可能遇到的风险，及时提出并推进解决方案落地\n8. 具备测试项目管理经验，任职过测试项目经理、测试经理等测试技术&人员管理岗位者优先\n9. 至少具备汽车行业软件测试相关工作经验3年以上，具备智能座舱测试工作经验者优先\n10. 熟悉车辆工程，对汽车行业制造体系、质量体系有较深知识背景者优先\n11. 具备良好的团队合作意识 \n12.
