Establish and lead the European Retail Academy, ensuring consistent onboarding, training and development across markets.\n4. Develop training strategies to support new vehicle launches, systems deployments, customer journey changes and major business initiatives.\n5. Own the European approach to sales, product and customer experience training, ensuring frontline teams can confidently translate Xiaomi's brand, products, technology and ecosystem capabilities into compelling customer value.\n6. Build and maintain certification, recertification and compliance training programmes that reinforce operational standards and customer experience expectations.\n7. Define training content requirements and learning priorities, ensuring programmes are commercially relevant, engaging and scalable across markets.\n8. Personally deliver key classroom, virtual and practical training programmes, particularly during new-market launches and the initial network development phase.\n9. Build effective Train-the-Trainer approaches and support the development of market and regional trainers as the European network expands.\n10. Partner with Retail Design, Customer Journey, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Product and Digital teams to ensure capability programmes reflect evolving business needs.\n11. Identify capability gaps through performance data, customer insights, frontline feedback and field observations, then develop targeted interventions to improve performance, productivity and customer engagement.\n12. Measure training effectiveness through capability assessments, certification results, frontline performance, customer experience and relevant commercial outcomes.\n13. Build and manage a future network of trainers, learning content specialists, external partners and other capability resources required to support European growth.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n1. Significant experience leading automotive sales, product or retail training, or learning and development, ideally within an OEM, importer, dealer group or automotive consultancy.\n2. A strong track record of designing and scaling training strategies, onboarding programmes, sales training, product launch training and certification models across retail or dealer networks.\n3. A deep understanding of automotive retail, customer-facing sales environments and the role training plays in driving customer experience and commercial performance.\n4. Strong product training capabilities, with the ability to understand vehicle technologies and translate them into relevant customer benefits rather than purely technical information.\n5. Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills, with the credibility and confidence to personally deliver training to frontline teams and leadership audiences.\n6. Previous experience in frontline automotive sales and/or automotive consultancy is highly desirable.\n7. Strong programme management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around common standards and objectives.\n8. Confidence in using modern digital learning platforms, presentation tools and training technologies. Familiarity with creative or design tools is desirable.\n9. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link capability interventions to measurable customer, commercial and operational outcomes.\n10. Excellent professional English is required. German is highly desirable, and additional European languages are an advantage.\n11. Motorsport, advanced driving or track experience is desirable. A valid FIA/DMSB circuit competition licence or a recognised performance-driving instructor qualification would be an advantage.\n12.
