\n3. 负责多变量时序预测、异常检测与风险预警类算法研发，挖掘复杂场景下的数据关联、变化趋势及异常模式。 \n4. 负责算法特征与样本体系建设，包括特征工程、标签设计、样本构建及数据质量分析，持续提升算法数据基础质量。 \n5. 负责算法从离线验证到线上应用的工程化落地，完成模型评估、部署上线、效果验证及运行稳定性优化。 \n6. 建立并持续完善算法效果评估与监控机制，跟踪线上表现、定位效果问题并推动迭代，同时沉淀可复用的算法、特征及技术资产。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，3年以上机器学习、数据挖掘或算法研发经验。 \n2. 具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习及概率统计基础，熟悉分类、回归、排序、时序预测、异常检测等常用算法。 \n3. 熟悉完整算法研发流程，能够独立完成数据处理、特征工程、模型训练、调优评估及算法问题分析定位。 \n4. 熟练掌握Python、SQL及PyTorch/TensorFlow等至少一种框架，具备Spark、Flink、Hive等大数据处理经验。 \n5. 有用户行为分析、评分建模、风险预测、时序分析、异常检测等相关项目经验者优先，有海量车辆时序数据处理经验或AI辅助算法开发经验者优先。 \n6. 具备良好的业务理解、问题拆解及跨团队协作能力，能够推动算法从问题定义、技术验证到上线迭代的完整闭环;
