岗位职责 / Responsibilities
Formulate and evaluate quality targets for overseas markets.
Drive corrective improvements for overseas quality issues; coordinate responses to major batch quality incidents, oversee after-sales service campaigns and OTA updates, and mitigate field risks.
Manage overseas field quality costs and file warranty claims against suppliers.
Keep abreast of overseas market quality regulatory requirements and regional differences; roll out preventive countermeasures for recurring overseas quality issues to new vehicle projects.
任职要求 / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Vehicle Engineering or other automotive-related majors; minimum 5 years of quality working experience in auto manufacturers, including at least 3 years of field/market quality experience.
Strong organizational planning and communication skills with a high sense of responsibility.
Hands-on experience in overseas regional market quality management and sound knowledge of overseas automotive quality regulations.
Solid English communication skills, capable of advancing work with cross-cultural stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
