Solid grasp of NEV manufacturing processes and automotive QMS (e.g., IATF 16949); proficient in core quality tools.\n2. Exceptional shop floor execution with high sensitivity to anomalies; resilient under pressure and unwavering in standards.\n3. Cross-cultural agility; English as a working language.\n4.
