Conduct on-site dealer coaching, role-play practice and deal win/loss case reviews to ensure training can effectively improve frontline sales closing capabilities.\n4. Training Effectiveness Evaluation & Optimization\nEstablish a complete training evaluation system via written tests, scenario assessment, mystery shopper verification and long-term sales data tracking. Analyze core sales indicators such as conversion rate and test drive rate to iterate training content and solve frontline operational pain points.\n5. Cross-functional & Dealer Collaboration\nAlign with the marketing team to unify new model launch messaging and promotional strategies. Cooperate with regional management and local dealerships to deliver customized training solutions matching different regional market conditions and dealer capabilities.\n6. Dealer Relationship & Quality Management\nMaintain stable and positive partnerships with Philippine dealer networks, drive sales service process optimization, and supervise regional aftersales and warranty overall quality performance.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nQualifications\n1.
