Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.\n2. 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management.\nStrong knowledge of APQP development process for new vehicle programs, including process management methods and key control points.\n3. Familiar with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3; experienced in supplier quality system audits.\n4. Proficient in QC tools; skilled in 8D problem-solving and 5-Why analysis.\n5.
